We were very impressed with the inspection performed by Nathan at SiteGuard. He actually did 2 inspections for us in a matter of a week. He was extremely thorough in every aspect and gave us a detailed oral report afterwards. A report was also sent to our computer. During the report he explained what was needed to be done to repair any problems, both DIY or what type of professional was needed to get the job(s) done. He informed us of what were necessary priorities, and what could be done in the future. He also explained why projects needed to be done and problems they could cause if not taken care of. I have purchased several homes throughout 3 states over the last 25 years and this was by far the most thorough home inspection we have ever had. And our inspector Nathan Ross conveyed the information in a way that was educational and not scarey at all. He evan took some extra time an taught us how to work the swimming pool that he inspected.
